Creating Beauty offers a friendly and professional beauty service, in a modern, luxurious and relaxed environment. The beauty studio is located in the village of Staveley, between Knaresborough and Boroughbridge, and also within easy reach of Harrogate, York, Wetherby and Ripon. Ann has been in the industry for over 20 years, working both in the UK and overseas.  Ann is a Master CND nail technician and she also  regularly attends training to advance, refresh and improve her skills and ensure she is also up to date with the latest hygiene and safety regulations.  Please feel free to phone if you have any queries or need further information and advice.

 SHELLAC NAILS from CND  (Creative Nail Design) I believe were the first pioneering Nail Professionals from America in liquid and powder/acrylics/nail enhancements and progress to manicure/pedicure (developing nail products for over 40 years).   Shellac originates from CND and was released in 2010.  They have Nail Training Academies world wide and UK wide.  I have been using their nail products for over 20 years and state that Shellac is also Hema free.

LUXURY BODY TREATMENT
Hot Oil & Salt Scrub with body cream 

A perfect luxurious full body treatment will leave the skin feeling smooth, hydrated, fresh and energised.  Pre special occasions or for someone looking to improve the texture, tone and smoothness of the skin.  An aromatic and invigorating body buffing cleansing treatment to smooth away dead skin cells leaving your skin smooth and radiant.  Ginger & Lemongrass hot  bath & body oil.  Papaya bath salts are used for exfoliating together. After oil and salt is removed, the skin is then treated with a Rose and lemon enriched body cream.

Salt Body Massage Spa Treatment

MASSAGE

Full body massage.  Aromatherapy essential oils.  Will leave you feeling relaxed, your skin feeling hydrated, fresh and energised. Lymphatic drainage helping to eliminate  toxic waste from your body.   Choose from a 45 minute full body massage.  A 60 minute massage which includes facial and mini head and scalp massage. 

A 30 minute back massage,  choose relaxation medium massage or deeper massage and a choice of essential oils.

I use Luxury Eye products from London.  Professional system and my !:! training was with an Award Winning Lash Artist.  I believe in investing my training with award winning trainers and products.   Very popular treatment, lasts 6/8 weeks.  A pre-consultation with patch tests is mandatory, please do not book without first telephoning to book your consultation and patch tests.

GIRLS PAMPER PARTIES

Suit Girls 8-12 years.  Available Saturday's only.  Make-up, nails/nail art,  temporary tatoo, party bags (themed party bags full of goodies), cinema screen dancing and games, food, drinks, cup cakes.  Please telephone to arrange a  Deposit to "save the date".   The cost is  £20 per child. Minimum 6 guests, maximum 8.

FACIAL TREATMENT DETAILS

Aromatic Facial 

This signature MONU facial treatment will let you experience the truly incredible results MONU has to offer. Mask therapy and exfoliation are combined to promote skin radiance, whilst a soothing massage to the face, neck and shoulders will leave you feeling calmed and relaxed. MONU products are individually selected to suit your skin type. The treatment can be upgraded upon request

Duration: 60 minutes

Botanical Collagen Facial   

Collagen mask facial is infused with plant based naturally occurring collagen giving your skin a youthful bounce.  Your skin will benefit from improvement in the elasticity of the skin.  Skin texture and is an excellent anti-ageing and calming effect facial.  Recommend a course of 6 facials.  Whilst the collagen serum in the mask is working, your therapist will perform a relaxing head massage and foot and leg or hand and arm massage, completing a relaxing treatment with the benefits of destressing and anti-ageing skin treatment. 

MONU plus Resurface and Peel Facial 

MONUPLUS Resurface and Peel System promises to refresh and replenish the complexion with an active blend of natural acids, vitamins and essential oils. Dull complexions are eliminated and dead skin cells sloughed for an instant radiance renewal.  Peels, although great for mature skin, are also a welcome treat for anyone suffering with congestion, breakouts, acne, pigmentation and uneven skin tone. The powerful combination of Glycolic, Salicylic, Lactic and Citric acids deeply exfoliates to loosen stubborn dead skin cells, unblock pores and firm skin; revealing a brighter, more youthful appearance after just one peel.

MONU PLUS Botanical Facial Treatment

A  range of products to create a facial experience perfectly tailored to your skin. Using essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot and Lemon which will help to target skin concerns, balance, uplift and clarify the skin. Tailored mask to suit your skin type Bamboo sheet masks are chosen to suit your skin type together with facial massage oil Hawaii, Fiji or Capri facial oil containing the actives to suit your skin type.    

Bergamot Essential Oil ideal for normal/combination skin types, it works to distress and soothe with its calming aroma. Bergamot clarifies the complexion to promote healthy, clear skin.

Lemon Essential Oil is perfect for treating oily or spot-prone skin. It naturally cleanses and purifies, supporting healthy respiratory functions and promoting a positive mood. Skin is toned, balanced and refreshed.

A blend of active ingredients that will be delivered into the skin for instant hydration, plumping and provide all-round radiance. A quick pick me up facial to leave you feeling relaxed and your skin beautifully refined.

GENTS GROOMING 

GENTS MONU FACIAL

Skin analysis - facial will be tailored to suit your skin type.  Micro exfoliant, generally an Aromatic mask for skin pore improvement and a Treatment facial oil massage.  (Recommend that shaving is not performed just prior to a facial).  Recommended aftercare for gents facial Skin salvage an all round skin care product to help with the skin's natural moisture balance, suits all skin type. 

 

GENTS BODY TREATMENTS

Back massage using aromatherapy oils.  Please note that I specialise in aromatherapy massage and not sports massage.  For a deeper massa  

Luxury Back Treatment using walnut shea butter for deep back exfoliation.  An aromatic deep cleansing mask for shoulders.  Compete with a mini head massage and back massage with ginger/lemongrass body oil. 

 

GENTS PEDICURE

Foot soak, exfoliating, nail tidy, hard skin treatment, cuticles, foot and leg massage.

GENTS MANICURE

Soak, exfoliating, nail tidy, cuticles, hand massage, nails are buffed with solar oil for a natural healthy glow.
