BOOKINGS/PAYMENTS/USEFUL INFORMATION

Please note that you can book on line, a deposit will be requested and a confirmation email will be sent, stating you have paid your deposit and confirmation of what you will pay on the day.

PAYMENTS

Credit card, debit card accepted see details on booking.

CANCELLATIONS

A standard 50% deposit will be reserved for treatments booked. Less that 48 hours cancellation notice will incur a 50% deposit fee.

APPOINTMENT TIMES

Please arrive on time for your appointment, please telephone if you are running late. We may be able to still fit round your appointment.

CONSULTATION TIMES

Some treatments will require you to book in for a consultation and test patch, unfortunately no patch test means no treatment.

Some consultations can be sent to you on line, we will advise you of this at the time of booking.

CONTACT LENSES

We would advise that contact lenses are not suitable for lash lifting and tinting treatments, please remember to wear your glasses, lashes days are glasses days.
